1. Before starting the procedure, thoroughly disinfect your hands and the client’s hands with an antiseptic and prepare the work area.
2. Using a file with the appropriate grit, shape the nails as desired, lightly buff the nail plate with a polishing block, and, if necessary, trim the cuticles.
3. Clean the nail plate with a cleanser. If necessary, apply a primer.
4. Apply a thin base coat and cure under an LED lamp for 30 seconds or a UV lamp for 2 minutes.
5. Apply your chosen gel polish color over the cured base coat and cure under an LED lamp for 30 seconds or a UV lamp for 2 minutes. If a more intense color is desired, apply a second coat and repeat the curing process.
6. Apply a thin layer of top coat and cure under an LED lamp for 30 seconds or under a UV lamp for 2 minutes. If the top coat leaves a sticky residue, remove it with a cleanser.
7. At the end of the procedure, it is recommended to apply a nourishing oil to the cuticles.
