Terms of delivery of goods

We ship orders within 1-2 business days after receiving payment (usually the next business day). When the package is handed over to the courier or parcel machine, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping time depends on the location of the item.

We have some of the goods in stock in our Vilnius store or in a central warehouse near Vilnius - in such cases, they are shipped on the same or next business day.

If the item is ordered from a supplier, you will see an "Estimated Shipping Time" field on the product page. This shows when the item will arrive at our warehouse and be shipped to you.

Free shipping
When purchasing goods for €49 or more , delivery by courier (Venipak, DPD) in Lithuania is free .
When purchasing goods for €39 or more , delivery to parcel lockers in Lithuania is free .
Applies to orders shipped to one address.

• Post machines (Omniva, Venipak, DPD, Itella, SmartPosti, DPD Pickup)
• Courier to the specified address
• Pick-up at a physical store in Vilnius – free of charge

In Lithuania: 1–3 business days after dispatch
If the item is in the supplier's warehouse, follow the "Estimated Shipping Time" indicated on the product page.

If an order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.

Always inspect the packaging before accepting the shipment from the courier. If you notice any damage, please note it on the courier's delivery note or contact us immediately.

If the shipment did not reach you within the expected time
First, check the tracking link we send you via email after shipping. If the information does not change for more than 24-48 hours, or if the package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us - we will immediately contact the courier service and take care of a solution.
