TOUCH NAILS hybrid nail polish base for long-lasting manicure NEON BASE no. 03, 13 ml

Di-HEMA Trimethylhexyl Dicarbamate, HEMA, Isobornyl Methacrylate, Hydroxycyclohexyl Phenyl Ketone, Ethyl Trimethylbenzoyl Phenylphosphinate, +/- CI 77891, CI 77499, CI 14700, CI 47000, CI 42090, CI 60730, CI 15510, CI 45380, CI 77742 

Lightly buff the nail surface with a 180-grit buffer.
Degrease the nail plate with Fresher.
Apply dehydrator.
Apply Ultrabond or Primer with a semi-dry brush to the nail tip, avoiding skin contact.
Apply a thin layer of base coat.
Cure in the lamp for 60 seconds.
Remove the sticky layer from the base coat.
Apply the first thin layer of TOUCH NEON BASE and cure for 60 seconds.
Apply the second layer, gently level the surface, and cure for 120 seconds.

Important:

The maximum thickness in the apex area should not exceed 1 mm.
For nails longer than medium length, reinforcement with a hard material is recommended before applying TOUCH NEON BASE.
Do not use the standard leveling technique with a large drop of product.
It is recommended to finish with UV-FREE TOP.

Curing time: 48W LED lamp – 120 seconds.
