TOUCH PERLA COVER BASE is a set of five amazing foundations that combine a delicate foundation with a pearlescent powder. No need to apply anything, just apply PERLA BASE concealer and enjoy a unique shine in sunlight or artificial light. The foundation can be applied with a standard smoothing layer or with a dotting tool or a fine brush to create various lines for cosmic reflections.

Usage:

1. Roughen the surface of the nail with a 180-grit file.
2. Degrease the nail plate.
3. Apply the dehydrator.
4. Apply Ultrabond or Primer to the tip of the nail with an almost dry brush, avoiding contact with the skin.
5. Apply a thin layer of base and cure in an LED lamp for 60 seconds.
6. Remove the adhesive base layer.
7. Apply a thin layer of Touch Cover Base and cure in the LED lamp for 60 seconds.
8. Apply a second coat, lightly smooth the surface and cure in the LED lamp for 90 seconds.

Curing time: 60-90 seconds in a 48 W LED lamp.
