Thixotropic properties, also known as liquid memory, mean that Ocho Nails construction gel does not flow onto the cuticles, which facilitates precise application and even distribution of the material. The product effectively covers imperfections of the plate and corrects its shape, so it can be used without a hybrid polish – just a base and top coat. Natural, opaque shades make Ocho Nails construction gel the perfect choice for lovers of subtle, yet durable styling. It also works perfectly in structural designs.

Ocho Nails construction gel is available in 5 colors:

• WHITE – classic, intense white, ideal for French styling, decorations and precise manicure finish;
• PINK – medium raspberry pink, perfect for styling such as baby boomer or French, as well as for everyday wear;
• LIGHT PINK – very light cool pink, which looks beautiful as a delicate manicure or a base for more expressive styling;
• BEIGE – warm peach pink, ideal for natural styling, subtly emphasizing the nail plate;
• COVER – medium warm pink with a hint of beige, great as a base for everyday manicure, guaranteeing an elegant and well-groomed look.

How to properly extend nails with gel?

    1. Before starting the procedure, disinfect your hands and the client's hands, and prepare the work station.
    2. Prepare the nail plate – shape it with a file, gently matt it with a buffing block, clean it from dust and rinse with a degreaser (cleaner or dehydrator). If necessary, you can additionally use an acid-free primer (e.g. Ocho Nails Vitamins) to increase the adhesion of the product.
    3. Apply a thin layer of the base coat for the gel, massaging it into the nail plate to fill in micro-patches. Cure in the lamp according to the recommended time.
    4. Depending on the chosen nail extension method:
        ◦ Nail paper forms: Place a properly matched template, ensure its precise adhesion. Apply a layer of construction gel, creating a nail architecture, and cure in the lamp. Wash the dispersion layer, shape nail with a file, and then apply another layer of gel, leveling the surface with a thin brush. Cure in the lamp for at least 60 seconds.
        ◦ Dual forms: Fill the dual form with the construction gel and gently press it onto the nail plate. Cure in the lamp for at least 60 seconds. Then remove the form and file the nail.
    5. Give the nails their final shape with a file and level the surface with a polishing block.
    6. Apply the selected top coat and cure in the lamp. For a better effect and cuticle care, apply olive oil.
