Package contains 100 bags.
Sterilization bags are suitable for hot air and steam sterilization.
Bags with class 4 external chemical indicators.
The bags meet the requirements of the Lithuanian hygiene standard.

There are no internal chemical indicators in the package.

USING ENVELOPES FOR STERILIZATION:

• To prevent seams from tearing during the sterilization process, the instrument being sterilized should occupy no more than ¾ of the volume or length of the bag.
• Tools should be placed so that the working parts are facing the closed side of the bag.
• To prevent damage to packaging due to piercing and cutting tools, the following methods should be used: pack products in two packages at a time or wrap the working parts of such products in clean gauze or paper towel.
• Remove the air by pressing it towards the open end before sealing the bag.
• Remove the tape from the adhesive part of the envelope.
• Fold the valve along the fold line and press it against the front of the bag, straightening it by hand.
• from the center towards the edge of the package.
• Bags with packaged instruments are placed in sterilizers.
• Sterilization of instruments packed in bags is carried out in accordance with the established procedure, in EU-approved sterilizers, in accordance with the requirements of the sterilizer's instructions for use and the principles of loading the sterilizer chamber. Bags can be sterilized with air in the following modes: 160°C - 150 minutes, 170°C - 90 minutes, 180°C - 60 minutes.
• ATTENTION! THE TEMPERATURE FOR HOT AIR STERILIZATION OF INSTRUMENTS SHOULD NOT EXCEED 183 °C!
  
• Bags with instruments that remain moist after steam sterilization are dried immediately after sterilization in an open sterilizer chamber, drying cabinet, or air sterilizer at a temperature not exceeding 80°C.
• The shelf life of products sterilized in bags is 50 days, and in double packaging - 60 days.
