How to use on the body:

Be sure to apply massage oil or cream/balm to the skin. Gently suck the cup against the body – pressing it against the body part being massaged. Perform the massage in circular motions – always upwards towards the heart. The intensity of the process is regulated by the degree of pressure – the stronger the pressure on the cup, the stronger it will suck against the skin. After the massage, insert your fingers under the cup to open it. The massage of one part of the body should last about 5 minutes. Full body massage (thighs, buttocks, abdomen and arms) – about 20 minutes. To achieve the best effect, the massage should be performed in series – 10-12 procedures approximately every 3 days. Too strong suction of the skin can cause hematomas/bruises, which disappear within a few days. After each procedure, wash and disinfect the cup.
