Dermo-Roller is a professional device for microneedle therapy, which is one of the alternative procedures to a laser. It is an innovative way to regenerate and restore the skin. The Dermo Roller is a roll covered with thin needles 0.25 mm to 2.0 mm long, which make about 250,000 micro-holes on the skin in 5 minutes. These are ultra-thin titanium needles. The precision of titanium needles guarantees safety and comfort during the procedure. Each roller head contains 192 TITANIUM needles.

0.25 mm - for the reduction of epidermal scaling, stimulation of microcirculation, formation of micro-perforations, control of epidermal damage, which causes stimulation of fibroblasts for the production of collagen and elastin, strengthening of blood vessel walls, removal of discoloration.

Needle length and purpose:

0.25 mm - gentle exfoliation of the epidermis, stimulation of microcirculation, improvement of facial skin color.
0.30 mm - exfoliation of the epidermis, stimulation of microcirculation, strengthening of microchannels, improvement of facial skin color.
0.50 mm - exfoliation of the epidermis, stimulation of microcirculation, strengthening of microchannels, treatment of damaged epidermis, improvement of facial skin color.

Lengths from 0.25 to 0.50 can only be used at home, provided all safety and hygiene rules are observed.

0.75 mm - exfoliation of the epidermis, stimulation of microcirculation, formation of microchannels for the introduction of means, controlled damage to the epidermis, due to which fibroblasts are stimulated to produce collagen and elastin.

1.00 mm - exfoliation of the epidermis, stimulation of microcirculation, formation of microchannels for the introduction of measures, controlled damage of the epidermis, thanks to which fibroblasts stimulate the production of collagen and elastin, strengthening of blood vessel walls, improvement of facial skin color.

1.5 mm - exfoliation of the epidermis, stimulation of microcirculation, formation of microchannels for the introduction of means, control of deep dermal damage, which stimulates fibroblasts to produce collagen and elastin, thickening of blood vessel walls, skin regeneration at depth levels, improvement of facial skin color.

Before first use, the roller is completely sterile and ready for use.
After each procedure, be sure to wash the roller with warm water and disinfectant without touching the needles.
Keep the roller in the protective cover on a clean surface. You can dry it with a hair dryer.
One scooter is for ONE customer only and cannot be used for other customers.
After the procedure, you can give it to the client so that he can bring this roller for another procedure.
